I changed my diet when I underwent surgery to remove one thyroid in 2010, and the doctor confirmed that my thyroid had cancer. The doctor referred me to an oncology specialist and advised me to continue with further examinations, namely chemotherapy, and provided all kinds of hormone medications.
Allahu Akbar, only Allah knows how I felt at that time. I followed my heart’s instinct, discarded all the medicines, and no longer saw that doctor.
As a result of the thyroid removal, my metabolism rate was very low, and I began to feel my weight increasing until it reached 80kg, I felt easily tired, had back pain, knee pain, and an increase in body fat. Worst of all, I felt very low in confidence and felt bad about myself.
