Announcing the Winner of our Feed to Fit Challenge! Held from 10th November to 10th December 2022, our challenge was an exciting journey for all participants who embarked on a transformative path towards achieving their ideal body shape and weight. Through real diet knowledge and proper exercise guidance provided by our experienced coaches, our challengers pushed their limits and made significant strides in their fitness journeys. Today, we celebrate the remarkable achievements of everyone who participated and especially congratulate our winner who has shown exceptional dedication and progress. Your hard work and commitment are truly inspiring!

WINNER NO 1

Kak Nor

Nangis tengok results kak nor…patutlah menang program back to the base 01 ni. Masa kak nor mula2 datang jumpa AU dulu macam2 masalah kesihatan yang kak nor alami hingga membatas kan kak nor susah nak jaga makan tapi alhamdulillah dengan ada nya program coaching @feed2fit_academy back to the base ni kak nor telah hilang 11.30 kg dalam masa 31 hari.
Sangat diluar jangka…tapi tidak mustahil sebab kak nor antara peserta yang sangat berdisiplin buat apa yang coach suruh. Menu diet kak nor pun yang paling creative sampai peserta lain jadikan dia idola…dari xpandai masak masakan diet jadi pandai…terbaik lah kak nor…terima kasih kerana sayang diri sendiri dan terima kasih kerana ambil tindakan utk ubah gaya pemakanan. AU hanya bimbing dan bagi motivation sahaja. Selebihnya terpulang pada diri sendiri nak buat atau tidak.

Favourite makanan Din adalah makan nasi dengan ikan patin masak tempoyak. Tapi Din sedar dia kena mula buat sesuatu bila berat dah mula cecah 110++ kg ni. Din mula rasa berat nak melangkah dan mengah bila buat kerja banyak.
 
Tahniah Din sebab berani ambil langkah utk ubah gaya pemakanan dan mula buat senaman. Allahuakhbar SubhanAllah kami di @feed2fit_academy hanya bimbing dan support sebaik mungkin utk para peserta ubah gaya pemakanan selebihnya terpulang kpd tindakan peserta itu sendiri.
 
Tahniah sekali lagi Din memang hilang 10kg dlm tempoh program back to the base berlansung. Teruskan jaga diet dan senam hingga capai berat ideal.

Tempat ketiga jatuh kepada puan Mastura dari Seremban. Walaupun jauh tidak menghalang puan  Mastura utk belajar cara pemakanan dan senaman yang betul dengan AU dan coach Darlyn. Alhamdulillah tahniah puan sebab sangat berdisiplin jaga makan dan buat senaman.
 
InshAllah perlukan lagi 2 bulan utk dapat berat ideal. AU hanya bimbing dan bagi motivation sahaja. Selebihnya terpulang pada diri sendiri nak buat atau tidak.

Faktor usia antara penyebab metabolism kita jadi slow dan jangan tunggu dah berumur baru nak mula diet. Masa tu boleh tapi progress akan jadi sangat perlahan dan kita akan cepat give up.
